Who should sign up for a training program?
Performance training is available to all fitness levels that seek to maximize their abilities. I can create custom programs that help you reach your weight loss, strength training, and/or performance goals.
Whether you are a high school athlete looking to play at the college level or middle-aged and wanting to feel strong and capable, I’m available to work with you one-on-one to accomplish your goals.
I provide in-person programming, or you can sign up for monthly workouts that get delivered right to your email.
What commitment is required to start training?
For best results, individuals or teams should complete 1-3 sessions per week to address all aspects of athletic performance.
The fee for three weekly sessions is $39 per month. If you want me to lead the training sessions in-person, additional fees apply.
Do I have to train with you in person?
No! For many of my clients, I simply send three workouts each week, which they complete on their own time, from the comfort of their home or local gym.
How do I learn more about group/team training?
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

“Before I had no idea how to properly life weights or really, even how to workout. Being someone who would like to continue playing sports at a college level, strength training is an important piece to the puzzle. Throughout the summer and beginning months of school we did a wide variety of workouts. I had such a good time, and feel like I am much more prepared for the world of college sports.”
“Barbell club was an amazing opportunity to prepare for my next step in basketball. We spent the whole summer building up my technique and strength and I was able to come into college prepared for my workouts. I have improved so much in my weight training since I started the club. It was such an amazing opportunity.”
