What Is Nutrition Coaching? Who is it for?

When life gets crazy and responsibilities pile up, it’s easy to let our health slip. The years go by and we don’t realize how much our weight is fluctuating. At some point, we realize things must change and gaining control over our body takes on new urgency.

When it’s time to turn things around and start fresh, it can be difficult to know exactly what to do. And staying motivated is hard — especially if you try to do it all on your own.

That’s where this program comes in.
My goal is to help you get in shape and stay that way.

Precision Nutrition (PN) is the world’s leading nutrition coaching, software, and certification company. Proven with over 100,000 people over 15 years, they are research-driven. Their mission is to bring life-changing nutrition coaching to everyone. Dr. Hollan Oliver is a Level One certified nutrition coach through the PN platform.

How much does nutrition coaching cost?

The 12-week program costs $69 per month. The cost includes daily remote coaching lessons, weekly habits, one-on-one check-ins, a welcome packet full of goodies, and access to a private Facebook group for support.

You can add three weekly workouts to the program for an additional $12 per month.

When does the next program start?

Current programming is on hold due to COVID-19. I hope to have the next 12-week program start in late spring or early summer. Stay tuned!

My name is Hollan Oliver, and I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I help people get back on track with their eating and fitness habits, so they can return to the activities they love, with confidence. 

Whatever obstacles arise, I’ll help you overcome them by modifying your program or offering new solutions. In the end, know that I’m here to support you every step of the way, no matter what life throws at you.
